Wine Extravaganza, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar has a few wine specials that I can't wait to try!

• "Fleming's 100" - According to their web site, Fleming's offers 100 different wines by the glass. 60 of the wines are part of a national selection that the entire Fleming's chain serves. The other 40 are locally selected. Here's the PDF of their wine list.
  
• Discovery Flights - Like many other Memphis wine bars, Fleming's offers wine flights - love these!
  
• Pick of the Month - Each month, Fleming's chooses a wine to highlight. For April, they're featuring Zilliken, a 2005 riesling from Germany.

I definitely plan to check out the Discovery Flights and the 100 by the glass wine list soon.

Wine Dinner Tonight, Majestic Grille

Thanks Paul for sharing this great wine dinner being put on tonight by Majestic Grille in Downtown Memphis.

As you can see, the dinner has four courses featuring the wines of Francis Ford Coppola. It begins at 6:30 PM, and will be led by Jay Koeller.
